Lost a tightly contested 5-3 match to Portage Central this afternoon.  Credit to them, they did what they needed to to win.  This is one I thought we could have won had we competed better in spots.  We will continue to work and improve! 

Very nice work from Niklas Johansson today at 2S picking up a straight set win and moving to 12-1 on the year.  Our 4D team, Grahm Zygadlo & David Verduzco remains unbeaten this year gutting out a close 1^st set today en route to cruising through the 2^nd set and improving to 13-0.  Best match and gut check of the day went to our 2D team of Rafael Deleon & Owen Brown.  After winning the first set, they dropped the 2^nd set decisively and things were not going their way getting down 3-0 in the 3^rd.  They then played their best tennis of the year in winning 6 straight games and the 3^rd set and match 6-3 in the 3^rd.  Great effort by all these guys! 

Today’s loss stings a bit, I hope it does for the guys too.  Looking forward to another opportunity tomorrow @ Portage Northern.  Complete results from today below:
